“It was a very good place with a long time giving a very good service but I see they closed the business. It was a very bad news for all the neighborhood”
— Hector Carmenates“This family-owned business is wonderful! The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are willing to give advice and assist their customers in problem situations. We have used them for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service and care.”
— mari cebs“It's a shame what has happened with this company. It used to be a good store, but lately everything has gone downhill. They closed the store and stopped providing customer service without any notice or explanation; the person who used to service my pool (who was extraordinary and did excellent work) left, and they didn't even bother to inform me about the change of pool technician. The new technician didn't do the job with the same quality, and everything became a problem. I decided to call the store to complain and cancel the service, and the manager, a woman named Maria, had the nerve to tell me that "they weren't responsible for their employees and that they weren't to blame for their poor work"... UNBELIEVABLE. I asked her to cancel my account and give me a refund for the services I hadn't received during the period I had already paid for, and she refused, giving some absurd excuse. I suppose they need the money more than I do to refuse to refund me the money they haven't earned and to come up with such ridiculous excuses; which is not only illegal, but completely unethical and even absurd. Please, avoid being scammed by this persons.”
— jabs1971“These are the worst and most dishonest people I have ever met in Miami. All that the maintenance guy did was to put chemicals in the pool, although there are leaves, dirt and debris in the pool. My video camera recorded the whole thing and proved that the technician did nothing else except for adding chemicals. I called the office and got yelled at. I requested to have the technician to come back and clean the pool and got refused. I provided the video evidence to them and they insisted that the technician did his job. The last owner of this business had been a loyal customer for a long time and recommended this service to me. However, they seem to have changed owner. The owner and the customer service people are not nice people. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Photos are the photos of my pool 10 minutes after the technician left. -- Update after the owner's reply: The owner replied to my review in a nice tone on Google after I posted this review, but she did not have that nice tone when talking to me over the phone. She insisted that my pool was totally clean when the technician arrived and all the debris I got in my picture showed up after the technician left. Come on! I shot the pictures 20 minutes after the technician left! The front desk said, "you know the wind is heavy outside. We all know the wind from the news". So, she means my pool was totally clean and clear after the heavy wind was blowing for 2 days and then the pool got totally messed up within 20 minutes after the technician left! That seems to be the only explanation! They are really dishonest people.”
